To note on real-time tournaments:
* be online for the start of it
* I think you'll get 5 mins to join your table once BGA creates it. If you don't turn up, then you're kicked out of the tournament. The game at your table will proceed without you if the minimum player number is met (may be same as maximum number for knockout tournaments).
* Refresh page if you don't see your table
* Next games start once all games in previous round have finished
* In round 1, it's likely many players won't turn up. Round 2 onwards will be those committed to playing.
* Use these wall-posts or the tournament-chat function to communicate with other players.
* If people are playing and game can be finished in overall time-limit, avoid skipping them.
* Enjoy.
