I love the concept of this game, but the game is very unbalanced for 3 and 4 players. Every time I start a game, I'm hoping I'm in last position, because that greatly improves my winning chances.
Could you add a variant where, after a correct guess, ALL other player get one last chance to guess the code? Even the ones that were before the player that found the code in turn order. The players should not be allowed to ask anymore questions at this stage of the game.

This is my biggest negative aspect of this game as well.
The 4th player have information from the three players before him while the 1st have non. If the third player guess correct, the 4th have the chance to guess as well to split the victory, while the 1st and 2nd player are not allowed, even if they would have the same information as the 3ed and 4th player. There is no reason why they shouldn't be allowed to answer as well.

I can tell you this game will die for more than 2 players if this isn't implemented. The publisher hopefully can see this issue and will make a rule change in their own game too.

Agreed. There is HUGE last-player advantage here. The last player will always have more information than the other players, and can simply end the game with that correct information. Another vote for reconsideration!

Couldn't we just have an option "unofficial rule change, not supported by the publisher", that could be off by default? If we see that everyone plays the game with the option enabled, then maybe they should reconsider.

Agreed. There is HUGE last-player advantage here. The last player will always have more information than the other players, and can simply end the game with that correct information. Another vote for reconsideration!

I just saw this issue after posting the same thing in #72453. I would like to add one suggestion to the conversation that may be amenable and improve the problem that the first player is at a big disadvantage:
Allow players to Guess the Tiles AFTER making their move, before their turn is finished. The last player will still have an advantage over the first player, but it will not be as bad.
To take it further, another change that might be consistent with the original rules is if a player elects to "Guess the Tiles", then other players have the option to do the same (before knowing the result of the first player's guess). For reference, the BGA implementation states the following "NOTE: Although there are multiple versions of this game, this adaptation uses the version whereby you may only guess during your turn NOT out of turn"
