That sounds like a great idea!
Unfortunately, the rule on BGA is to stay as close as possible as the base game. I'll share the suggestion with the publisher and see if they're open to that adaptation.
I'll add the statistics on the 1st player as well, to see if it makes a huge difference or not.

I now have a more direct contact with them, but I can't guarantee any delay on the answer (my contact may even have left the company, it's been a year since I talked with him last time).
