#50768: "Required gardener be on plot to complete objective"

Objective completed in prior turn, but could not click the card to get the points due to another issue already reported. Tried again later to complete it and game said gardener had to be on plot. It would not even allow the gardener to be on a neighboring plot of the same color. This is not how the game works.
