If you buy it on the 10 January 2024, it will be valid until 10 January 2025.

If the code is activated on the 14th February 2024, and that's a 1 year gift, the Premium gifted sub ends on the 14th of February 2025.

If the code is activated on an account that is already Premium, it will extend the Premium account for the duration of the gift; after the subscribed Premium expired.
