Timer went into the Red but I wasnt taking long

I should have had 24 hours of play rime, vut I only spent about 18 before i was booted out of rhe game. The game started about 50 hours ago, and despite other players using mych of that time, my rime is showing -40 hours (.i.e. 40 hours over time) . This isn't even possible, sine tgat would mean i alone spent ovey 60 hours (24+40) on a game that hasn't even been active that long.

Something clearly bugged the timer on this one!!

I was in the middle of the game, then I was disconnected from the game. The other players thought I was slow and i got kicked out. it's not fair I got penalty for something I didn't do. Especially when I was 1 point close to winning. This is the 2nd time and it's frustrating.Please fix it if it's a bug.

Lors de mon tour, je me suis retrouvé avec un minuteur négatif, puis j'ai été expulsé de la partie et perdu 10 points karma. J'ai demandé et personne m'a expulsé je suis même retourné dans la partie pour la finir. Du coup j'ai perdu des points sans raison....

It was showing that another player was out of time however we waited without expelling, suddenly that player played and in a second I was expelled , my timer wasn’t even going. Looks like the other player was pulling some tricks cos I got expelled even after I got back into the game to finish it after being expelled. Also I was winning.

I was waiting for the 2nd player to place his second settlement, and actually started the option to skip an out of time player, when I was expelled. The 2nd player had placed their settlement but it didnt start my time at all

I had the same problem aw mararie345 on two separate occasions the most recent was boardgamearena.com/table?table=613213014

Right at the end players manipulate it to expel you if they know you are going to win.

This just happened in my last 2 games TODAY. Table numbers are: (618402374) (618423510). For me and lamburgler, there was delays in the website. For me personally, there was a delay, then a turn later I’d start playing and I had at least 1 min 20 seconds then all of a sudden I was in the red. BOTH games I was in the -20 seconds mark when one of the players I don’t know who was losing, kicked me out out if the game. I was kicked out of back to back games and now my karma is under 50% and I’m really irritated.

Problème sur le temps de parti lorsque toutes les options sont activés, certaines actions dans le jeu comme par exemple consulté les cartes des joueurs pour leur prendre une carte puis jouer 2 cartes demande un temps de réflexion plus long. Lors du choix des cartes le timer n'est pas arrété, après nous n'avons plus le temps de jouer nos actions. Cela m'est arrivé deux fois sur CATAN avec les pirates et les chevaliers. Du coup j'ai eu 2 pénélités que j'estime non pertinente

timer does not "Add time" when an action has been done within a turn.

Which is to say, if you're winning (have resources) and need more time to execute all of the possible actions during your turn, you actually go into RED.

As the timer is going down while WAITING for server/game to execute actions, there is no way to actually stop yourself from being expelled by a griefing player.

Karma went down even though I was fully attentive because of how game is programmed.

If the GAME cannot execute all my actions in 20 seconds because I have 10 possible actions (no undos) then griefing players can kick out anyone who is winning.

Please fix. Karma lost :(

I just had this too, game froze on my screen, I thought another player timed out and gave them a minute, instead it was me. Impacted my score so not happy.

I have only been playing Catan for a few days and I keep getting penalties for the same thing. I have never gotten as many penalties in this amount of time since I joined BGA.

I was waiting for another player to take their turn, when the count got to 0 i try to skip their turn and suddenly it appear as I was the one with a delay of time of - 30s

This has happened to me several times lately playing Catan. I have the browser open on google chrome, taking average turn lengths and not stepping away from my computer or even going to different browser windows. Game is progressing typically and then suddenly the timer is going off and I'm in the red and losing karma points? It ONLY does this on Catan, and has happened at least 10 times now in the past couple of weeks.
