Interestingly while typing the report I timed our and the screen refreshed and I was in a position to build ie green lines. I was in regular kindle view without the hishory sidebar so I cancelled and experimented. I could not get the interface to work. I am now waiting for a time out again

OK I think this is not a bug just a confusing interface. I missed that I needed to hit build at the top of the screen. I read "please select resource cards etc" and thought it was wanting me to select which to use. It was actually happy though and I just didn't see it at the top. What happens when there is a choice of cards to use? Are they highlighted? Perhaps highlighting would have made me spot the blue not grey build button?

Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.

In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
