Looks like a loading problem, it sometimes happen. Can you try in private mode, or with another browser, to see if it's a loading/caching issue?

Encountered this issue in Arena game, game would not load after some refreshes and even on opening new tab. I tried accessing other parts of the site but it would not load lobbies, the home page etc.

Same issue, same browser. table id #316802765. Table has been closed so I cant reproduce the error/try to load otherwise.

Same but in Google Chrome. Today it is solved, yesterday I tried several times and nothing. Lost several points and reputation with the bug

Each refresh start loading but after seing the game image loading for few seconds apear an empty orange screen and any option to be able to touch to recover the game.
Reentering the game page in the Chrome browser in the address bar recover the game page in 60-70% of the cases. The bug apears almost in each played game.

Loading try to occur at each refresh but it is stopping around 56% of the total loading. After this an empty yellow screen appears.
It is available that one of the other players at the table are exploiting this bug because the error appears ONLY when is my turn to move and a kind of white square pushing message frame is trying to load in the left-down part of the screen when the bug appears.
Usually with minimum 2 players from the same country at the table as opponents.

random i don't have screenshot but it has cost me 3 afks when i was actually trying to resolve the issue

Bug happened twice : table number #339967670 and 339964761 !

even when refreshing several time, no preview is possible.

F5 n’a rien résolu même à plusieurs reprises
Ni la fermeture des messages
De très nombreux messages d’erreur avec le même message
Je ne suis jamais parvenu à rejoindre l’interface de la partie

La page a mis plus que le temps du chrono a chargé et j'ai été expulsée du jeu avant même d'y accéder.
J'ai reçu une pénalité de karma.
J'ai rafraîchi la page plusieurs fois mais ça n'a rien donné.

La même chose est arrivé quelques jours avant et j'ai pu in extremis rejoindre la partie

This happens to me on a daily basis and usually several times a day.

I have tried Chrome and Microsoft Edge it happens on both. Sometimes I need to refresh the browser 4 or 5 times to get it to load.

It appears this issue has been happening for years. Is there no identification of the issue and how to resolve this?

As I said earlier it's not linked to the game, but a global BGA issue. Nothing I can do as a game dev.

I played this game 6 times today and no issue. I play in the evening and every night it is the same issue, it says it can't load the artwork and tonight it was over 5 minutes to load the game and then I time out and get karma taken away when it was the game that is the issue not me.

I refreshed 20-30 times and still did not load the game. Says it can't load the artwork.

This error is not linked to the game, but a global BGA issue. Nothing I can do as a game dev.

Je n'ai jamais pu accéder à l'interface de jeu et voir la carte. Ma connexion internet et mon équipement sont pourtant bons. J'ai pu voir que des informations dans le style « vous venez de dépasser le temps limite », alors que je ne voyais pas encore la carte et que je ne pouvais donc pas jouer. Je me suis donc déconnecté du jeu, sans avoir pu y jouer.

Ce bug c'est produits sur téléphone. La fermeture de l'application et le rechargement du jeu n'ont pas résolu le problème.
