During move #137, I've 6 yellow trains in my hand already, and I need to be at Helena; but I can't click the yellow rail from Seattle to Helena.

I've tried to refresh, or make other actions, still can't claim this route in later turns.

Due to the time limit, I've to do something to make the game move... and I'm able to claim Boston to Montréal. So something wrong with Seattle to Helena.

Des que j ai voulu poser des routes.. J ai réussi 2 fois mais grandes difficultés . Les wagons n apparaissaient as et les cartes disparaissaient. Obligée de faire f5, les cartes wagon revenaient mais impossible de les poser. J ai abandonne sur denver El Paso.. Les voies 2 wagons ne passaient pas. J ai glisse les cartes, pas de sélection visible du chemin, disparitio des cartes.. L autre joueur à propose de passer en mode 'turn by turn' mais j ai laissé tomber.
Problème des que j ai voulu poser des wagons et les 3 fois de suite.

F5 did NOT solve the problem.
several times, I tried playing a train on a double gray route where someone else had played the other side.
No screenshot - could SEE the problem anyway, it just was not responding to my clicks.

If you can read the chat from the game, you'll see it was talked about with the other players.

Similar issue. When trying to lay track I was blocked from doing so and then only allowed to draw 1 ticket (as though I had already drawn 1 ticket when I had not).

@RoDoTh you can't claim the other double route when 2-3 players, not a bug.

@Leighs Mom wihich table number, which move, which route were you trying to take? Maybe it's the same answer as above.

Similar problem in my game: very last move. I could not build any route. Text claimed, I would not have enough cards, what was wrong, as I tried 1 and 2 section routes. Once it at least asked me, which cards I would want to use, but still it slaimed, there are to few of them. I could only draw tickets.

alla mossa 227 del tavolo Ticket to Ride #303824117 non mi faceva reclamare nessuna rotta.
avevo molti vagoni e molte strade disponibili. non mi consentiva nessuna rotta delle molte disponibili.
per non subire penalità per la mancata mossa ho dovuto selezionare una ulteriore destinazione.
era l'ultima mossa e ne sono stata ovviamente danneggiata.

Ps. avrei perso comunque... ;-))

I experienced the inability to lay track in the last turn of several games. When it was my turn although I had multiple cars, it would not allow me to choose a gray track when I had multiple matching color cars. The only thing I was allowed to do was to choose a 1 car route.

I had an issue were I has 2 set of 2 card of the same color and couldn't claim 2 train of gray color (the one where you can put any color).The game forced me to pick train card instead (only thing I could do). I had 11 train left....

I just had a similar situation. I was in a two player game when in the middle of the game there were a few grey routes that I could not claim. 2 or 3 of these were ones I needed to claim a destination. I had lots of cards and lots of blocks left. The other player was not on the same route. I clicked on the route and nothing happened. I had to keep claiming new cards to complete my move. There were other routes that I could claim (but I didn’t need). Never had this before in all my games.

I just had a similar situation. There were several of the coloured routes in the centre of the board that I couldn't claim. As with the player immediately above, I ended up taking a longer journey to complete my tickets. The other player didn't seem to have the same problem

Couldn't claim Duluth to Chicago with 3 red trains
Could claim other roads
It was in the middle of the game and I had enough trains to do it
The road was highlighted to indicate I could claim it but just couldn't click on it

I tried to claim Omaha - KC with my last train and last train card, the game would not let me claim it, so I had to take cards instead to end the game. I did not think to try F5 but given the other bug reports here, I guess it would not have worked.

I got thrown out of a game. Halfway through the game I could not select the section in the middle (below Kansas) I could not click on the route I wanted so just click on something nearby as I was about to run out of time. On my next go I could not select anything at all and was eliminated from the game. I had plenty of cards and could not select anything. I had not lost connection and watched the rest of the game. I was playing on a large iPad, as I have done many times before for this game.

Same problem as everyone else: unable to pose wagons on a legitimate route with plenty of cards in stock. Close to beginning of the game. I could put a single wagon elsewhere (houston, to test), but it refused to let me put down a wagon in the whole sector; denver -phoenix-santa fé.
table:Table #330342538 I don't know how to find the move number since I had to leave the table to find this forum. Wan't aware of f5 until after stopping the game and coming here, but it looks like that didn't work for everyone else anyway.

More info: on Table #330342538 move was between 87-91 I think: not too sure how to show exact move. Had to take cards at one point and claim a different route on next move.

Part way through game 337335037 I could not claim routes despite having the correct number of colour card. I was playing on a large iPad and when I tapped on the route it would not select. Sometimes if I tapped multiple times it sometimes let me select but got slower and more difficult until eventually all I could do was take card. I ended up losing as I could not join my routes.

Impossibilité de construire une voie à 2 reprises alors que je possédais les cartes associées, je signale que cela m'a empêché deux fois de bloquer le même joueur (joueur bleu durant cette partie) si jamais il y a une piste à investiguer.

I could not claim a route and neither could the other player. I was unaware of F5 so I did not try it. I had probably claimed about 7 routes before this occurred. I was moving north from Houston straight up and my opponent said he could not claim a route in the Southwest.

Towards the end of the game I wasn't allowed to claim two routes that I had the cards for, both of which meant that I dropped a load of points and lost the game. In both instances, I had enough cards. In both cases, even though the potential route was 'glowing' to indicate a potential move, I clicked again and again and nothing happened.

Could claim a four pink route - and did so instead.

The game would not let me claim Omaha to Kansas City multiple turns. I then tried to claim Denver to Omaha, would not let me. (Played those on Miami to Charleston at the end. Tried to claim Kansas City to St Louis, with 2 pink and St Louis to Chicago with two white, would not let me. Did allow me after this started to claim Duluth to Chicago. 407046238.

I could not claim San Francisco route despite having both 3-card options early in the game. Then I could not claim gray routes around Montreal despite having colour combinations to match. I tried refreshing the match, and re-sizing the browser window, which seemed to solve the San Franciso problem, but not the Montreal one

Unable to claim route worth 1 train card, almost in the end of the game. No notification was shown. It was just no reaction at all when I clicked on the route I wanted.
As a result, the only action I could do was taking new destination tickets. I was unable to complete 3 destinations tickets due to this bug, because right after my turn (the "buggy" one), the route I aimed at was taken by other players.

The bug appeared 1x in this game - but I experienced the same issue at another Ticket to Ride game some days ago.

I was not authorized to take any route with double paths, when another player had taken the first one, although we were 4 players and I had enough wagons, it was blocking me on 3 routes at least:
Oklahoma-Kansas
Kansas- St Louis
St Louis-Chicago
