It's reproducible. I've tried and it works for all 3 buildings...

I also had this issue, I discovered it as my first placing on my first game, when I did not realise that I could pick spots and so clicked the building

Reproduced here by one of our group when he clicked on a building to remind himself what it did during initial placement while on his mobile.

My game, too (boardgamearena.com/1/troyes?table=114717459) My friends who are learning the game put their workers there, and I had no idea that was possible! (Another reason to have an undo function for this game, please.)

During setup, a player could set a pawn on the building (Bishopric), so it has the status of an expelled pawn. He starts with a disadvantage…
It will be nice if one could only click on empty rectangular places during setup!

Also occurred in our game (213186001) when I accidently clicked on the building rather than a space. Using Chrome.

I mistakenly placed a citizen as expelled during initial placement. I am learning the game and implementation and didn't realize the impact of doing so. I had intended to place a citizen on a dice position.
