My opponent could not do anything, neither pass his turn. So we were stuck there. He very kindly conceded because I had a winning situation.

The game implements a cut path detection algorithm so that no crossroad can be isolated from the rest of the board.
The situation described is a legit move since the opponent is still able to move on next turn when the blue tractor moves.
It is however not possible to put a 3rd hay bale to block totally the player, but the algorithm will prevent it.

I'll check how it's working on BGA. I interfaced my original implementation with the state machine of BGA and maybe in this case there was a problem.
The situation is legit, but the blocked player should have been in the situation where they can play a card or end turn.

this can even happen without hay bales in a 4 players game.
I'll fix the state selection when you have no move option.
