Aruande ajalugu
After 5 years of testing the board game version I dont remember we reached this situation, but we had to be cautious in the rules in the eventuality it happens one day.
Thank you for reading the rules very carefully.
I'll maby add a note in the wiki that says this limitation doesnt apply to the onlinw game.
