I wanted to pay with bread on Manuel I of Portugal or afterwards on private destination Candia (right most slot) and i am not allowed to pay with bread even the resource is part of the payment cost. This happend on characters as well as now with the private destinations. Also as mix which is why I thought maybe it needs all be bread so I moved my ship to the bay. But no.
