No solution has been found yet as this part is controlled by the BGA website.

Thanks for reporting.
As written after the scores, tie breaker is only for advanced games, and for players who didn’t reached 10 points.
Here, you are with basic rules, so tie breaker is not applied. In basic rules,only one player loses, all others are winners.
We cannot hide the word tie.
